Rock with a 1” max that has fined blended in containing dust for compaction is also a rock that is used for driveways, parking lots and trail paths. Much like the CIS, once compacted with moisture added this product too will harden up much like concrete. Landscapers use this product as an initial base, compacted for landscape patios with the CIS on top.
